Our Return Policy

At AleppoGift, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free 30-day return policy.

Important: Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging with all tags attached.

How to Return an Item

Contact Us

Email us at returns@aleppogift.com or call +971-56-112-5320 within 30 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and reason for return.

Receive Return Authorization

Our customer service team will review your request and provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and return shipping instructions.

Package Your Item

Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and tags. Include your RA number on the package.

Ship the Item

Ship the package to the address provided. We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Keep your tracking number for reference.

Receive Your Refund

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days.

After your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method.

Processing Time: Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or item, please return the original item and place a new order for the desired product.

Tip: To ensure the item you want is available, consider placing your new order before returning the original item.

Damaged or Defective Items

We carefully inspect all products before shipping. However, if you receive a damaged or defective item:

  2. Provide photos of the damaged item and packaging
  3. Include your order number

We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.

International Returns

International customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for international returns.

Note: Customs duties and taxes are non-refundable.
