3. Ordering & payment

• To complete a purchase, you must contact us via WhatsApp.
• Payment is made in advance via PayPal (for international sales) or other available methods within the UAE.
• No order will be shipped before full payment is received.

4. Shipping & delivery

Within UAE

• AED 30 for all areas.
• AED 60 for Al Gharbia in Abu Dhabi.

International shipping

• Shipping costs are determined by destination.
• The customer pays the full product price and shipping costs before delivery.

5. Return & exchange policy

• All sales are final unless there is a defect or damage.
• Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order if there is a problem.
